Chocolate Cherry Protein Bars

Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond meal or whole almonds.
- 1/2 cup goji berries.
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries.
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs.
- 1 tbsp chia seeds.
- 2 tbsp protein powder (I use tropeaka vegan)
- 3 tbsp raw cacao.
- 1 tsp stevia.
- 1/4 cup nut milk (may need to add a little more).
- 2 tbsp nut butter – I used almond butter.
- 1 tsp cinnamon.
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined.
- May need to add a little more liquid depending on how dry the mixture is.
- Line a baking tray and poor the mixture out, flattening with hands, making it around 2 -3 cm thick.
- Put in freezer for 1 hour and store in fridge.
Note: These are all rough measurements so may need to play around a little.
