ABOUT

Welcome to
Pure Health

Pure Health Nutrition is at the centre of everything we do and love, reminding us to bring our body back to its natural state.

Pure Health’s mission is to educate, nurture and empower you to be the very best versions of yourself. Our goal is to help you create and maintain a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle, leaving you feeling free, satisfied and without restrictions.

OUR APPROACH

Here at Pure Health our number one focus is seeing you gain the support, education and empowerment to make dietary and lifestyle changes to your health.

We focus on providing a holistic and evidence-based approach to Nutrition and Naturopathy, focusing on the relationship between your mind, body and emotions, and how they interplay and influence your overall health and well-being. We believe in addressing the root cause of health conditions and using food as medicine to support optimal health and prevention of disease.

We make it our goal to always invest time in our clients, providing the support and accountability to reach your desired health outcomes. Pure Health focuses on providing an individualised approach, through one-on-one consultations and personalised meal plans to suit your body and lifestyle needs.

We work by implementing small health changes at a time. This approach allows you to maintain healthy habits in the long term, as they become part of your lifestyle, rather than a quick fix. Our primary focus is to educate our clients, therefore ensuring they hold the knowledge and tools to maintain health in the long term and regain control over their life.

All of our Nutritionists and Naturopaths are highly qualified with a Bachelor of Health Science and have extensive knowledge in
individualised dietary planning, nutritional supplementation and the utilisation of food as medicine.

ABOUT US

Kirsty and Nicole are a sister duo, with the same vision to empower clients to improve their health and well-being. This passion began from growing up in a family with a strong value of health and fitness and learning from a young age the importance of wholefoods. However, both of our health journeys were never linear, and it took our own personal health issues and body insecurities to get to where we are today.

Pure Health Nutrition’s vision is to create a space where our clients are supported and encouraged to live the life they aspire to. Through our own education & experience in seeking better health, we now want to help other women heal their own health in a non-restrive and free way. Our passion and long-term goal is to help and empower as many women as possible to be their very best self.

MEET THE TEAM

Meet Our Qualified Nutritionists & Naturopaths

Kirsty

Kirsty Jenkins is the Founder and Director of Pure Health and is a university qualified Nutritionist. (BSc-Nutr).

Kirsty’s passion for health and nutrition has been born from a personal journey of growth and development. Her health struggles and experiences including gut issues, hormonal imbalances, acne and a complex relationship between food and her body has led to her breadth of knowledge in this area. This has been a driving motivator to create the space that is Pure Health.

As a Nutritionist, Kirsty’s vision is to inspire women to find joy in food again and live confidently within themselves! Over her years in clinical practice she has witnessed so many women struggling with weight issues, hormonal imbalances, nutrient deficiencies and poor energy. This has led her to develop a passion and a true understanding of the importance of looking into underlying gut issues (IBS) as the cause of many health concerns and provide a practical step by step approach to overcome these.

Nicole

Nicole Jenkins is an accredited Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) in Nutritional and Dietetic medicine.

Nicole has a history of struggling with digestive issues, fatigue, hormonal imbalances and was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) during her teenage years. It was during her studies when she began to heal her own health, through understanding how the body works and the power of Nutritional medicine.

Nicole’s vision is to educate women on how to eat in a way that is best suited for their individualised needs and empowering them to be the best version of themselves.

Nicole is registered with Australian Natural Therapy associations (ANTA) and can provide health fund rebates.

Alex

My names Alex and I’m an accredited Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine.

My passion for nutrition and health came through dealing with my own health struggles growing up including reproductive issues, gut issues and hormonal imbalances, as well as body image struggles. I completely understand how detrimental physical health issues can be on your mental health and overall quality of life. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping women feel their absolute best, because this directly relates to your mental health.

As a new mum myself, I’m extremely passionate about women’s health including menstrual struggles, fertility, prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum. Too often health issues are overlooked or dismissed amongst women and my vision is to provide individualised and quality care for all women, helping them feel heard, understood and empowering them to improve their health and wellbeing!

When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my little boy Remy and partner Dec, going to the beach, listening to podcasts (health or true crime are my favourite) and watching friends or the OC on Netflix. “

Emily

Emily Gibbs is an accredited Clinical Naturopathic Practitioner with a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) in Naturopathy and is registered with the Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA).

Emily’s journey into naturopathic medicine stemmed from her own health issues with mental health during adolescence and the limitations of conventional healthcare. Personal encounters with the “band-aid-fix” approach to health conditions, where symptoms were often addressed rather than the underlying cause, sparked a passionate desire to seek alternative paths to healing.

Emily’s clinical experience as a Naturopath has enabled her to treat a diverse array of health conditions including a variety gastrointestinal disorders, mental health conditions and female reproductive ailments.

Emily thrives on empowering clients to embark on their own transformative journey towards lasting wellbeing that addresses the roots of health challenges.
