Choc Chia Mousse Pudding

Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- 3 Tbsp almond meal
- 2 Tbsp desiccated coconut
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (check recommendations for my favourite Nuzest Vegan Pea Protein Powder)
- 1 Tbsp raw cacao
- 1 cup of nut milk
- 2 tsp Stevia or natural sweetener (honey, maple syrup, rice malt syrup)
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into a pot and heat over medium heat until thickened. Or alternatively place all ingredients into a disposable container, mix well then put in the fridge over night.
2. Serve with fresh or frozen berries and yogurt of choice (my favourite is blue berries and raspberries with coconut yoghurt)
