Berry Blast Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ nut milk of choice
  • ½ frozen blueberries
  • 1 serve of Tropeaka lean vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp acai powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • Handful of ice

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until thick and creamy

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with favourite toppings, mine are granola, almonds, inca berries and cacao nibs
