Healthy Pancakes

Ingredients:
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp almond meal
1 Tbsp coconut flour
1 Tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp stevia powder
¼ cup of nut milk of choice
Toppings:
Maple Syrup
Strawberries
Blueberries
Coconut Yoghurt or
Greek Yoghurt

Method:
1. Beat egg whites for 1 minute with a fork
2. Add in the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and stir
3. Pour into a non stick pan and cook until golden brown on each side
4. Once cooked, put toppings onto pancakes
