Matcha Tea Bliss Balls

Serves:

Roughly 15 balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almond meal
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 Tbsp bukinis
  • 1 Tbsp matcha tea powder (see product recommendations)
  • 1 tsp Maca powder
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
  • 2 Tbsp unhulled tahini
  • ¼ tsp liquid stevia
  • Pinch of salt (either pink Himalayan sea salt or celtic salt)
  • 2 Tbsp desiccated coconut  + extra to roll bliss balls in

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into food processor until well combined, may need to add a little filtered water for a sticky consistencey
  2. Roll heaped tablespoons of the mixture into balls and roll in desicated coconut
  3. Place in air tight container in the fridge or freezer
