Nutella Cookies
Serves:
makes 12 cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of ground hazelnut
- 1 1/2 cups of almond meal
- 2 tbsp cacao
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 tbsp Stevia powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar (or sweetener of choice i.e. honey)
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup nut milk (may need to add more or less)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- Add all dry ingredients into a mixing bowls
- Then add egg, mix well, then slowly add nut milk, until the mixture becomes a cookie dough consistency (should be able to roll into small balls)
- Use a dessert spoon to roughly divide up the mixture into about 12 small balls and press down with a fork
- Bake for around 20 minutes at 160 degrees, or until cooked
