Peanut Butter Choc Chip Cookie Dough Protein Balls
Serves:
Makes 10 balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almonds
- 2 Tbsp almond meal
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- 2 Tbsp Desiccated coconut
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp mixed spice
- 2 – 3 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp stevia
- 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Nibs
- 1 Tsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp nut milk
Method:
- Combine all ingredients.
- Place them in a food processor or a Thermomix – until a consistency that will hold itself together.
- Use a tablespoon to heap the sticky mixture for size, then using your hands roll into a small mouth-sized ball.
- Place to balls into a sealed container and freeze for about an hour and half.
