Peanut Butter Slice

Ingredients:

2 cups almonds

¼ cup natural peanut butter (try get one that is 100% just peanuts with no added nasties)

2 tbsp nut milk (if needed)

2 tbsp chia seeds

7 dates soaked in ¼ cup boiling water
Method:
- Place dates in boiling water and let them sit for 5 minutes
- Line a small baking dish with baking paper
- Place all ingredients including dates and water they were sitting in, in a food processor and blend until well combined
- Spoon the mixture into the tray and drizzle over some extra peanut butter
- Place in the freezer for half an hour, serve cold
Note: These are all rough measurements so may need to play around a little.
